Press-fitting rubber bushes into the terminal section of the work! Introducing examples of jig design and manufacturing.

We would like to introduce a case of designing and manufacturing a rubber bush pressing device at our company. The X, Y, and Z coordinates and angles of the hand section are adjustable. The Φ2 pin of the central pallet fits into the Φ2.1 hole of the chuck. It can automatically press in and align 100 bushes in about 3 minutes. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. [Points of ingenuity during processing / Technically challenging aspects] ■ Assembly: Adjustment of the X, Y, and Z coordinates and angles of the hand section.
